IASC 2025 – Pricing

General

All prices listed below include:
– 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) including coffee/tea/ beverages. For Wednesday, the day of the Main Blót, we will have an extended Feast Dinner
– bed linen (sheets, pillow cases etc.) and towels
– free access to all lectures, workshops etc. – program is still work in progress
– for certain crafting workshops, excursions and other activities there may be costs for materials, access and bus fees and such that have to be paid on-site
– alcoholic drinks, beverages and food outside of meal times have to be purchased separately on-site. Of course you may bring your own or buy them at local stores outside of the Julia venue.

House – type 1

Separate wooden house, capacity 5 to 6 persons

– Bedroom with 1 double be, 1 bunk bed
– Fold-out sofa in living room for 1 or 2 persons

House – type 2

Separate wooden house, capacity 5 to 6 persons

Wojtek – 2-bed rooms

2-bed rooms with individual bathroom and 2 single beds
These rooms are threshold-free and suitable for persons with mobility situations. They will be given to such persons for the price of a regular 2-bed room, others have to pay the full price and their booking may be cancelled if there is need for accommodating handicapped persons.

Prices for adults with mobility issues:
Full week: 350 € / per day: 50 €
Please address your situation in the booking process so we can properly prepare assistance for your stay. If you want to pay regular or solidarity prices voluntarily, please feel free to do so and mention this in the booking remarks.

Rozalia – 2-bed rooms

2-bed rooms with shared bathrooms and 3 single beds.

3-bed rooms with individual bathrooms and showers, located on the 1st floor. Most of them have 2 single beds, one has a double bed.

Tenting

There is lots of space for tenting. The prices below are per person, there is an additional fee per tent of 49 € per week / 7 € per day.

Camper / mobile home

There is a limited number of slots for campers. The prices below are per person, there is an additional fee per mobile of 73 € per week / 10,50 € per day.
Electricity can be obtained for a fee of 33 € per week / 5 € per day, each per socket.

Additional fees

Parking fee 17 € per week / 2.50 € per day, each per car.

Dogs may be brought to the venue. They have to be kept on a leash and there is a fee of 33,35 € per week and 4,35 € per day.
